Joyful Jumps & Runs: A Day of Fun, Fitness and Learning
Laughter, excitement, and boundless energy filled the air as Joyful Jumps & Runs, an inter-school competition, was successfully hosted on 15 December 2025 at Tapovan School. The event brought together young learners from Pre-KG, LKG, UKG, 1st Std, and 2nd Std, creating a vibrant platform where learning met joy.
Children from League Global School, Kids Kingdom, Endeavor Academy, Avani Kids, Unique High International School, and several other schools participated enthusiastically, making the programme a true celebration of togetherness and healthy competition. Designed in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP), all activities focused on holistic development, encouraging physical fitness, coordination, confidence, and experiential learning.
The day began with a warm welcome to the guests, followed by the formal inauguration of the event. Clear instructions and rules were shared, ensuring smooth conduct of activities at their respective venues. What truly stood out was the infectious enthusiasm of the children as they participated with bright smiles and great excitement.
The programme was brought alive by the excellent compering of Roshmitha of Grade 2 and Riyanshi Sridharan of Grade 1, whose lively, child-friendly, and interactive approach kept the young audience engaged throughout. Even the non-participating children were thoughtfully involved in joyful interactions, ensuring that no child felt left out.
Adding to the cheerful atmosphere, all participants were provided with refreshments, making the day even more special for the little ones. The event concluded with a meaningful valedictory session that included feedback from parents and teachers, result announcements, prize distribution, inspiring speeches by the eminent Chief guests Ms.Geeta Ram Priya, Ms.Roopa Kumar, Ms.Jyothi Raman, Ms.Harsha Kulkarni and the Principal Dr.J A Vani Sharma, and a heartfelt vote of thanks.
Joyful Jumps & Runs was not just a competition—it was a celebration of childhood, learning through play, and joyful participation. The event left behind happy memories, proud smiles, and a strong reminder that when children learn with joy, the experience becomes truly unforgettable.
